1. Processing Times

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

• During high-volume periods (such as new product launches or holiday sales), processing may take an additional 1–2 days. We appreciate your patience!

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather or carrier issues outside of our control.

3. Domestic & International Shipping

• Domestic: We ship to all addresses within the UK.

• International: We currently ship outside of the UK. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Radiance Rituals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Lost Packages

• If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately..

• Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

• We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office if a package is marked "Delivered" but has not arrived.

6. Incorrect Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Radiance Rituals is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the buyer. If a package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
