At Radiance Ritual, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We stand behind the quality of our products and want your journey to glowing skin to be a positive one.

 

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return or refund. If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

 

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

Unopened Items: Must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging. Opened Items: We understand that sometimes you need to try a product to know if it works for you. We allow returns on lightly used products if they caused an adverse reaction. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as [e.g., makeup sponges, individual sheet masks, or clearance items] cannot be returned.

 

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us using the form below with your order number and the reason for the return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

4. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within [5–10] business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

 

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
